For our Location in Maia we are looking for: Finance Manager (M/F) Reporting directly to the region?s CFO, this person will plan, coordinate and control all controlling related activities and ensure the implementation of adequate business-oriented strategies for the area of Finance, reporting and controlling at international level, providing to the Top Management a set of information (rolling forecast) and key indicators to support them in their decision-making processes and strategies and ensure implementation of corrective actions in a timely manner. ?Responsible for Controlling, Project Controlling, Treasury and Accounting; ?Leading financial planning and reporting for Business with special focus on multiple project controlling, including Company own Sales, manufacturing and Supply Chain responsibilities; ?Monthly and YE closing according local and German Gaap (HGB); ?Controllership of the business unit, understanding actuals, (rolling) forecasting, challenging variances and tracking action plans to bring financial results back to plan when necessary; ?Preparation and presentation of project KPIs (status reports for top management); ?Providing of profitability calculations and project analysis, from aligning assumptions and providing analysis to system load and data integrity checks; ?Support of Company reviews by providing accurate and insightful financial reports; ?Enhancement of Company controlling system; ?Strong team and leadership skills.
?Master?s Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent; ?Minimum 8 years of relevant controlling experience; ?Management experience of at least 3 years; ?Knowledge in inter-related project controlling, supply chain management and manufacturing; ?Demonstrate ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving; ?Expert MS Excel user; ?Expertise in ERP systems (e.g. SAP modules FI, CO, PS) is a plus; ?Fluent in English, some knowledge of German is a plus; ?Results oriented, structured and team oriented; ?Strong attention to detail and analytical nature; ?German Gaap (HGB) knowledge is a plus; ?Good communication; ?Availability to travel.
