WEB AND MOBILE DEVELOPMENT

IADE-UE is seeking candidates for Assistant Professor positions (other ranks will be considered) in support of our project-based learning (PBL) programs in the technology area (B.Sc. in Game Development; B. Sc. In Creative Technologies; B.Sc. in Computer Engineering; B.Sc. in Informatics for Management;

Job Description:

· Teaching subjects such as Web Programming, Web Project, Mobile Programming, Augmented Reality, or Virtual Reality;

· Conduct research in the web and apps development areas;

· To be involved in the creation of research lines in the same areas, especially with a focus on gamification of applications;

· Service responsibilities.

Desired Skills and Experience: · The candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field at the time of appointment;

· Hold an outstanding record of teaching, scholarship, and funded research relevant to the profile required;

· Have a strong knowledge of and experience with modern web development technologies (languages, frameworks, and stacks);

· Expertise in programming and development of web and mobile applications using the most recent technologies, such augmented and virtual reality;

· Experience in the development of responsive web applications and hybrid mobile applications;

Highly valued:

· Expertise in UX and interaction design;

· Professional experience in the web or mobile development industries;

· Prior teaching experience in a Project-Based Learning.
