  • responsabilidades chave

    • As a Payroll Officer, you will oversee the payroll processing in-house, while providing some reassurance that payroll will be processed correctly. Your mission is to ensure that the systems in place for calculating payroll and taxes are working.
    • As a Payroll Officer, you will:
    • Responsible for Payroll Administration.
    • Submit monthly Payroll data, reconciling and identifying necessary corrections; Ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll and payment to employees.
    • Provide assistance and feedback to employees regarding payroll procedures, labor law, and pay slip explanation.
    • Monthly reports of the main issues/improvement points on payroll area.
    • Liaise with colleagues in Finance to ensure correct posting for accounting purposes.
    • Update payroll procedures as required to reflect changes in contractual terms or statutory rules.
    • Consistently strive to maintain knowledge of current payroll laws and participate in continuing education opportunities as appropriate.
  • competências

    • Fluency in English (C1)
    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or similar
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar function
    • Strong excel skills
    • Strong knowledge on labor law
    • Good interpersonal/communication skills verbal and written
    • Highly organized with good time management skills
    • Critical Thinking, Autonomy and Attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and with strong work ethic
