responsabilidades chave
- As a Payroll Officer, you will oversee the payroll processing in-house, while providing some reassurance that payroll will be processed correctly. Your mission is to ensure that the systems in place for calculating payroll and taxes are working.
- As a Payroll Officer, you will:
- Responsible for Payroll Administration.
- Submit monthly Payroll data, reconciling and identifying necessary corrections; Ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll and payment to employees.
- Provide assistance and feedback to employees regarding payroll procedures, labor law, and pay slip explanation.
- Monthly reports of the main issues/improvement points on payroll area.
- Liaise with colleagues in Finance to ensure correct posting for accounting purposes.
- Update payroll procedures as required to reflect changes in contractual terms or statutory rules.
- Consistently strive to maintain knowledge of current payroll laws and participate in continuing education opportunities as appropriate.

- Fluency in English (C1)
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or similar
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar function
- Strong excel skills
- Strong knowledge on labor law
- Good interpersonal/communication skills verbal and written
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Critical Thinking, Autonomy and Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and with strong work ethic
