Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Creating something new:

You will lead the entire development cycle of the IT Solution as well as its strategic further development. In your role, you will support the HR digitization program at Bosch.

• Shaping the future:

You will be responsible for a global development team to optimize the existing HR IT Automation, develop global bots/AI and work with internal and external stakeholders (mainly from HR)

• Observing with foresight:

Your knowledge will be important to implement Intelligent Services in different systems and to assess the impact of the technical framework around cloud and SaaS (bots, API, middleware etc.) has on our system landscape and the potential deployment of RPA, chatbots or smart assistance.

• Taking Responsibility:

You will be responsible for the evaluation, development, deployment and quality of Intelligent Services for Bosch HR IT.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Education: Bachelor/Masters in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics or similar.
• Experience : Project Management in a corporate and/or service environment, as well as knowledge in HR IT is desirable.
• Know-How: At least six years of professional experience with software development and implementation, especially in the areas of RPAs (Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate), Chatbots (Cognigy), AI and API in a broad IT landscape.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese (Mandatory), German language is a plus.
