Founded in 2019, Air Liquide European Business Services (ALEBS) aims to support the Air Liquide Group in it's financing and accounting processes.


Missions and Responsibilities


Mission

We are currently looking for a motivated Account Receivable team Leader to manage and guide the AR team to ensure Air Liquide meets all customer needs in a timely manner. Supports customer and internal finance teams to ensure all end to end receivable process This position is integrated into the ?Order to Cash? department.


Responsabilities

  • Manage the employee lifecycle (recruitment, retention, target setting, performance management, career plan);
  • As a Team Leader your main responsibility will be to ensure the team's performance within the managed process.
  • Ensure collaboration with other internal and external O2C teams
  • Build positive relationship with various business partners to provide positive customer experience;
  • Communicates deadlines to team members and monitor important metrics; Achieving the contractually agreed KPIs / SLAs for owned processes (for ex: cash application, cash allocation, customer clearing and refunds);
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals;
  • Prepare and present periodic reports and dashboards for the client group;
  • Effectively distribute work within a team, plan and manage resources (including back up);
  • Set clear goals and directions, and provide regular feedback on team members? performance
  • Transmit and foster our values, serving as ALEBS culture of transparency, empathy, inclusion, and empowerment
  • Build strong communication and close working relationships with the key stakeholders, proactively ask for feedback, take full ownership of the process and operations managed.
  • 1st level of escalation for client issues, takes necessary actions to get the resolution, and communicate with the customer about status and actions taken.

Competencies and Profile
  • University or College degree (preferably in Accounting and Finance)
  • Team Leadership Experience / Min. 3-5 years previous experience in people managing roles.
  • Advanced level of English (any other language is a plus)
  • Great communication skills and analytical mindset;
  • Experience in Customer Service / Billing / Credit and Collection
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication ? both with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work with remote teams (Covid Situation)
  • Customer service attitude
  • Process improvement oriented.
  • Experience in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Navision)
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
  • Proven credit experience preferably in a Multinational, multi-currency, shared services environment.
