Do you want to join a fast-growing, listed tech startup where your work makes a direct impact? We are looking for a Strategy Execution Specialist to help our customers implement their organizational strategies using our software platform, DecideAct.

You have 1?5 years of experience as a junior strategy consultant or as an employee working with business strategy, and you want to learn more about optimizing strategic leadership through cutting-edge technology.

You?ll work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to customize our state-of-the art Strategy Execution Management solution for each client; train customers to use our product; assist in creating helpful articles and videos; maintain customer lists using our helpdesk software/CRM tool; and other hands-on tasks. All in all, you will play a vital role in growing our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach customers on Strategy Execution Management and strategic governance
  • Help customers structure their strategic frameworks in DecideAct
  • Run online strategy execution workshops
  • Work as execution experts, helping customers to succeed
  • Facilitate our Fast Track for Strategy execution
  • Follow up to stay current on customers? needs
  • Inform customers about new software features
  • Report any product malfunctions and follow up to ensure technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements

The successful candidate has:

  • Experience with business strategies (frameworks) and strategy execution
  • BAs or MBs Preferred (Bachelor or Master in Business)
  • Fluent in English and
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Determination and persistence
  • 1+ of experience providing high-level C-level (executive) strategy support
  • Fluent in English and
  • Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
