As HR Services strives to combine competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by the following key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing general and more complex administration of Compensation tools, programmes and processes on a local and partially global level
- Direct support to Team Lead in HR Compensation topics (HR requests, dispatching, auditing, improvements, problem solving)
- Be a contact person and provide professional advice, expertise and service excellence for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding general and more complex HR Compensation topics.
- Provide consistent information to employees on HR Compensation topics according to the process and knowledge data base
- Handle standard and complex inquiries & support through ticket service, email or via phone (if required).
- Timely execute HR Compensation related general and complex tasks according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with applicable policies (local, regional, or global) and work agreements.
- Coordinate preparation of data and system audits and execute accordingly
- Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of defined internal controls
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Compensation procedures, processes, and respective documentation incl. mapped processes and knowledge base articles
- Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures
- Providing input for communication of standards, procedures and processes to employees, internal customers, and Works Council
- Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts
- Prepare training material and carry out trainings on HR Compensation topics
- Act as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as adidas? Fair Play Code of Conduct and other internal policies and company agreement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Previous working experience as a Compensation Specialist
- Advanced knowledge of compensation management principles and practices
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports
- Database management skills
- Knowledge of statistical sampling and survey methodology
- Good level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR
- Very good analytical skills, detail-oriented and problem-solving work style
- Highly results driven and self-motivated team player mentality

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar
- 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally within an international matrix organization
- Excellent command of English
- Strong experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR tools
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications
- Fully qualified/trained in job, deep knowledge in HR Shared Service set-up
