Responsibilities:

  • Public Contract Management
  • Reports to INFARMED
  • Purchase Orders Management (Supervision) related with non-commercial areas
  • Manage the day to day contact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow up on issues and complaints
  • Give support in operational tasks and back office
  • Establish collaborative and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems


Desired Profile:


  • Recognized qualification at university degree level is a plus
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Public Contracts Knowledge is a plus
  • Team work ability
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing (eliminatory factor)
  • Computer proficiency (EXCEL) is a plus
  • Sharp internal customer focus
  • Extreme organization and efficiency in workload planning
  • Ability to deliver consistently to timescales.
