Function
As an InHouse Equipment Sales Representative your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage the end to end equipment sales process for our existing customers in the country;
- Achieve all equipment targets set by the business;
- Negotiate with customers prices relating to equipment sales and deal with all enquiries;
- Streamline processes incorporating new technology;
- Liaise directly with all sales teams in France;
- Be a broader member of the Inhouse Sales team contributing to the growth of the team;
- Work autonomously and be the custodian of equipment sales for the country;
- Document business development and account management within Connect CRM based on defined business rules;
Requirements
You are the person we are looking for if you:
- Have previous experience of industrial/sales/Commercial experience in gas industry, chemical/other manufacturing or desired; experience in one market segment or a specific territory;
- Have a bachelor?s degree required in engineering/ technical, sales, marketing or finance (preferable);
- Have a native/high level of French (mandatory), and fluent in English;
- Have customer service and sales experience;
- Have the confidence to negotiate commercial prices with customers;
- Have the ability to be a quick learner and the confidence to make and recommend process change;
- Knowledge and experience using SAP (preferential) and Excel;
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process/sales driven environment.
