The Data Quality officer is in charge of the Data Quality monitoring: through a network of Data Quality Analysts within each function, the Data Quality Officer leads the monitoring of data quality, identifies new issues, follows issues remediation and stays updated on Wealth Management data quality topics.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure rollout and update of Group requirements such as procedures, extension of the setup to additional data, implementation of new certificates. Interact with appropriate stakeholders (Operational teams, Human Resources, Operational Risk Control team)

  • Ensure setup implemented in Wealth Management GAIM (Global Asian and International Markets) entities is in line with the setup defined at Head-Office level, and will extend the data quality setup to countries for which the full setup is not yet deployed

  • Ensure alignment of Wealth Management with Group Common Grammar and that all related documentation is kept up to date

  • Be accountable for the maintenance of Wealth Management?s data quality setup

  • Update and accuracy of Reference Frameworks

Profile and Skills to Success

  • more than 5 years of experience in banking industry in Finance, Credit, Risk or Control

  • Knowledge of Data governance and data quality

  • Knowledge of Regulatory reporting

  • Fluent in English (French speaking would be a plus)

  • Good MS Office skills

  • Communication skills

  • Ability to work in a collaborative / transversal environment

  • Ability to organize and chair a meeting

  • Project management capabilities, including change management

  • Team spirit
