The CFO organization owns the functional responsibility for all financial matters of the Nokia Group, including external and internal reporting, business performance management and capital allocation. The CFO organization also includes investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and tax as well as venture capital activities through NGP Capital. CFO organization works in close collaboration with the BG finance teams, with their leaders continuing to be part of the CFO leadership team.
Job Description
As a Supplier Relationship Manager Business Process Outsourcing you will be the strategic partner for stakeholders within Global Business Services (part of CFO Organization), Business Groups and Corporate Functions to develop, lead, support and drive strategic supplier relationship management with Nokia key business outsourcing partners managed under GBS. This includes management of costs, availability, innovation, and quality in close collaboration with daily BPO Operations, Contract and Commercial Management Management.
As a Supplier Relationship Manager Business Process Outsourcing, you will be responsible for ensuring that Nokia performs according to its contractual obligations and other commitments towards its suppliers and vice versa, as well as promoting co-operation and communication to leverage full capabilty of partner relationship. Strong focus will be to ensure strategic focus on digitalisation, process simplification and innovation.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
Translating Business requirements in Procurement deliverables
Prepare senior management discussions/reviews between Nokia and key suppliers/partners, incl. materials and alignment with relevant Central functions, BGs and GBS units, incl. preparation of major industry events and other gatherings
Owns and drives regular business review meetings with suppliers (QBR, Operational Reviews)
Orchestrating and ensuring Nokia voice towards the supplier by applying internal knowledge of Nokia business relationship with the supplier
Understanding and having knowledge in the supply market
Ensuring compliance with Procurement policies
