The Signify Global Brand & Digital Marketing team consists of 7 global teams that closely work together to bring value to our markets, consumers and customers: Marketing Programs & Campaigns, Brand, Digital Experience & Platforms, Marketing insights & performance, Content House, Global Media and Agencies and the Digital Acceleration team. All teams support the key lighting brands Philips (Philips Hue, Philips lighting for consumers and professionals), Signify, Interact, Wiz and many more.

What you?ll do

  • Function as the consumer advocate to represent the customer?s voice in business/Marketing planning and decision making.
  • Pro-actively identify knowledge gaps, uncover insights, and drive learnings to action with DTC Marketers and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare consumer insights documents, tell consumer stories, and build holistic learning plans, focusing on learning at strategic/tactical level.
  • Have a passion for partnering with analytics to drive holistic consumer & market understanding.
  • Obtain and communicate data and insights to track business/Marketing performance.
  • Responsible for the media evaluation process, enabling other teams to optimize the marketing spend & effectiveness and support where necessary.
  • Work with Digital Strategy & Campaign Team to create data driven briefs, defining requirements for media analysis, insight and campaign strategy recommendations to support marketing goals. Analyse and identify insights, summarizing and preparing for internal and external presentations.
  • Be the subject matter expert in customer journeys and insights - build a learning agenda to evangelize data-driven best practices and educate marketers and provide executive visibility around key marketing performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities to capture value from data/information on process, performance management and advanced analytics levels.
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy in each deliverable.
  • Participate in pilot projects and A/B test and provide adhoc analyses to business.

Your qualifications

Technics

  • Strong experience with digital analytical tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), tag-management solutions (e.g. Adobe Launch), Marketing Analytics Platforms (Adverity), and programming languages such as SQL and Phyton
  • A track record in the field of data-driven approach is a requirement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data/information insights into actionable business strategy recommendations as well as into report iterations & trend graphs
  • Good understanding of Marketing, SEO, SEA, Social Advertising, and (re-)targeting (preferrable a bachelor?s degree in Marketing, or related field)
  • Understanding of CX/UX strategies best practices, principles, and models. Familiar with customer journey mapping

  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and articulate customer needs in business and more technical vocabulary
  • Can do attitude and hands-on professional with +5 year of experience in the related field.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skill
