Our Finance team is looking for the new Finance Controller to take on the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision making process by management
• Support any ad hoc analysis that is requested, supporting the strategic product groups within Gerber
• Provide information to support monthly metrics reporting and operational reviews
• Support forecasting by processing information and loading it on system
• Prepare and analyze reports to support finance areas, such Contracts, Logistics and Treasury
• Play a key role in the continued development of FP&A deliverables including reporting, budgeting and planning processes by partnering with the business leaders across the company.

Qualifications

• What are your main qualifications?
  • Bachelor?s degree is required, preferably in Economics or Management
  • 3+ years? experience in progressive finance
  • Knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting, forecasting
  • Sound understanding of financial statements
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
