We are looking for a Technical Textiles (Coating/Hotmelt) Account Manager (M/F) with great communication skills and work planning ability (technical textiles is a plus, but not mandatory) who is not afraid to handle transparent business relationships and spread the word about TINTEX.
Key Responsibilities
Develop client-focused solutions based on market research and technical textiles applications (eg. Health, Workwear, Fashion, Sports, Footwear, Upholstery, Furniture).
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers and partners
Enhance department and TINTEX's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different KPIs, exploring opportunities to develop revolutionary responsible textile solutions
Liaison between customer and internal teams
Must have Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have Commercial, Sales, or Marketing experience with 2 or more years of relevant work experience (or relevant role around customer contact/communication)
- Degree in Engineering (Textiles, Materials or Chemistry) is a plus, but not mandatory
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to easily build relationships with the different players of the business
- Knowledge/Experience working with CRM tools
- Skills in sales/negotiation techniques and strong analytical ability
- Excellent customer orientation skills
- Capacity to follow directions and pro-actively propose alternatives
- Have a professional attitude and a real pride in the quality of work
- A team player but with the ability to get things done
- Availability to travel
