We are Livlab, a team of ex-insomniacs, designers and entrepreneurs, whose mission is to improve the sleep of the millions of insomniacs all around the world.

Today, there are natural solutions with very positive results: therapies, sophrology, yoga, meditation. However, these techniques have not been able to spread widely given their high cost or time needed.

We took the best of these solutions to design our first sleep devices:

  • Dodow, the first light metronome that retrains your brain to naturally fall asleep on its own again, without medication.
  • HoomBand, our audio library (the HoomBand app), with plenty of qualitative, varied and immersive content to be listened to with our textile headband, properly made for sleep.

Developing a positive brand image online

  • Define and implement a social media content strategy (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and other relevant channels) in line with the brands' positioning and marketing goals
  • Define, report and analyse social media objectives and metrics
  • Create engaging text, image and video content for all social media channels, to educate, inspire and entertain our community, working closely with the design team
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve content and community engagement based on performance, and on digital and social media trends

Building and engaging a thriving community across channels

  • Community Management - Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Community Growth - Define and implement strategies to build a thriving customer community around sleep issues, across different channels
  • Define and implement an Advocacy Marketing Strategy to increase customer satisfaction and promote recommendations and referrals
  • Affiliates & Influencers Management: managing current partnerships and identify new opportunities to promote brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Newsletters Management - create periodic newsletters and manage and optimize automation flows
  • Look for new ways to automate and scale outreach and community management processes

Improving customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with CRM team to improve customer satisfaction and respond to their needs
  • Define and create dedicated customer support content to better respond to customer needs
  • Customer Reviews management - define and implement strategies to increase customer reviews quantity and quality
  • Monitor, report and analyze customer feedback and reviews and liaise with all the company areas to implement necessary improvements according to customers needs
