Your Role
Do you love to communicate and are interested in the fashion industry? As an e-Commerce Customer Support Representative, you will provide reassuring and friendly customer service by e-mail, for the German market. Your main goal will be delivering resolutions, while building a positive brand image, maintaining a high level of service awareness at all time.
Responsibility
- To assist customers with any issues with regards to their returns or their orders via email or phone;
- To help customers to register online and/or to process their orders;
- Deal with complaints and escalation process when necessary;
- To be able to deal with customers with late returns and faultygoods;
- Liaise with shipping department over issues raised by customers with regard to either orders or returns;
- Liaise with Finance for any accounting enquiries and flag accounting issues raised by customers;
- Maintain a high level of service awareness at all time;
- To help customers with product enquiries.
Your Profile
- German near native speaker;
- Fluent level of English (B2);
- Previous experience in customer service environment preferred;
- Passion for fashion and trends. Capable of accessorizing and providing styling advice;
- Demonstrate ability to handle and resolve complaints;
- To help customers with product enquiries.
