Résumé du poste

1. Identifier les points de contact propres à la promotion digitale des produits et de la marque et définir une stratégie efficace pour l'exploitation des canaux digitaux.
2. Créer des contenus adaptés à chaque canal et déployer des campagnes sur les médias numériques ou des programmes GRC (Gestion de la relation client) afin d'augmenter le trafic sur les canaux et renforcer la relation client.

Rôle et Responsabilités

1. [Website operation planning and management] Write contents briefing for new website contents development and analyze the website traffic regularly to check the pain points.

2. [Social channel operation] Produce contents briefs for creating contents suitable for social channel, analyze monthly and quarterly social data to derive insight and monitor social channel on daily basis.

3. [Digital campaign production] Come up with digital campaign ideas or CRM(Customer Relationship Management) ideas, participate in contents production, and contribute to support CRM DB(Customer Relationship Management Database).

4. [Digital campaign execution] See the impact of the digital campaign or email marketing for CRM(Customer Relationship Management) purposes by checking the website traffic, etc.

5. [Search advertisement and search optimization] Check the search keywords for each product and track data to increase ROI(Return on Investment) by regularly monitoring search advertisements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Acquires and applies job skills and learns the company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks that are routinely/semi-routinely in nature
  • Normally follows established procedures on work. Requires instructions on tasks
  • Typical entry point for high school or vocational college graduates

Profile:

  • BSc in Communication, Marketing, Management or similar;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English language is required;
  • Good knowledge of computer office tools;
  • Experience Google Analytics and Analytical Capability;
  • Proactive and dynamic, solutions oriented, team player, good communications skills, multidisciplinary inter and intra-team skills, eager to support and willing to learn in a fast paced environment.
