Position Title: HR Analytics and Controlling
Position Mission
We are looking for an HR Analytics and Controlling to develop the role of HR data and reporting specialist contributing to organizational improvement by gathering and analysing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process. You will also participate in the implementation of development models and tools to respond to the organization's current and future business needs by providing valuable compensation services and analysis to support compensation policies recommendations throughout the organization.
This position frequently works across business and academic lines, conferring with managers and executives to gather requirements and specifications while developing enhanced data and reporting tools.
Responsibilities:
Define annual HR budget and monthly forecast follow-up in line with Finance Team;
Ensure a high level of information accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for the different stakeholders;
Play an active role in data analysis and interpretation;
Play a direct role in designing and developing reporting tools;
Determine specifications and standards for HR reporting and maintaining data integrity;
Work in line with payroll area to guarantee the accuracy of data and optimize processes;
Provide functional compensation expertise to HRIS programs and initiatives assuring day-to-day updates and accuracy reports;
Provide with HR analytics supported in Human Resources Information Systems;
Produce special reports as required;
May perform other duties and responsibilities in the HR area as needed and as part of self-development.
Required skills and experience:
Graduate degree ? BA (preferably in Management, Finance or similar)
Fluent in English (C1; C2 desired) and Spanish (desired)
Demonstrated analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills;
Proven ability to consolidate and analyse high volumes of moderately complex information and generate basic to intermediate level observations;
Experience gathering and understanding HR processes, processing, extracting value on HR data;
