What will your role be?

As an Account Operations Manager you will be building relationship with selected HP Partners (Distributors and Resellers) as well as their dedicated HP sales teams, understanding partner operational business models, identifying challenges in the operational process and finding solutions on how to improve HP interlock in the operational environment. You will be part of a larger team of highly engaged and capable colleagues supporting the company operations across Iberia geography dedicated specifically for Portugal.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the end-to-end accountable for operational performance with the assigned partners
  • Support the assigned partners account with operational expertise and process knowledge
  • Acts as a proactive team member and coordinate Iberia Sales ops project at country level/ Lead operational improvement projects
  • Drive regular reviews of HP's operational performance with relevant stakeholders
  • Support and drive business analyses and reporting as required
  • Provide expert direction and guidance to process improvements and establishment of policies.
  • Solves complex business issues and make appropriate recommendations by applying advanced subject matter expertise.
  • Provides leadership and training on specific processes
  • Drive and manage internal and external stakeholder?s crisis escalation, act as entry point for stakeholder?s escalations
  • Consultancy on HP capabilities; direct capabilities, B2B portal, STM in country. Actively suggest changes to improve efficiency and/or decrease cost, e.g. close portals if not used properly.
  • Understand your external stakeholder?s organization and business model
  • Ensure and maintain high level of Satisfaction from Sales, Partners and End Customers

Who are we looking for?

    • Typically, 4-6 years of experience / completed university degree with some experience in operations/supply chain/customer support or finance areas considered an advantage
