Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting an Administrative Clerk fluent in German, to support our client SIEMENS, S.A established in Alfragide, Lisbon.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Carry out quality improvement tasks based on defined routines;
  • Performe routine tasks such as uploading data to SAP and tax correction postings;
  • Report and validate data transmitted via interfaces to other reporting systems;
  • Support in case of audits with reports or detailed exports from SATO application.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
  • Fluent German (mandatory)
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or similar;
  • Advanced English (Written and spoken);
  • Proficiente in MS Office tools;
  • Proficient in Financial Applications (SAP);
  • Service attitude and customer oriented;
  • Team player.
