Summer Internship Opportunity – Payroll Team

Are you detail-oriented and eager to gain hands-on experience in administrative HR processes? Inetum Portugal is offering a Summer internship in our Payroll Team, where you’ll support key activities related to employee lifecycle management.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Duration: Approximately 3 months (Summer Internship)
Department: Payroll – People & Culture

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide administrative support to the Payroll team
• Assist in the preparation and management of employment contracts and documentation
• Support employees by responding to payroll-related queries
• Help ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures

Perfil

What we’re looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Interest in HR operations and administrative processes
