In this instance, we are on the lookout for a/an Piping Prefab Workshop Inspector (QA/QC).
Location: Sines, Portugal
Work Modality:On site
Responsibilities:
- Support to Project QAQC Manager on all related Quality Control activities and tasksfor the Projects, act as depupy Project QAQC Manager as required.
- Act as QAQC / Inspection Representative assuring the compliance with Local regulations, Project Standards and Procedures.
- Performs QAQC activities on for the assigned Project and/or Construction Contract
- Verifies the conformity against the contractual requirements during the execution of the Construction, erection and installation activities in terms of execution plan and/or delivery date and/or manufacturing quality
- Manage and Update the QAQC MS deliverables in the applicable IT Tools (e.g. EasyPlant,)
- Analyzes information provided by Construction Contractors and monitors the KPIs evolution
- Issue QAQC Project deliverables (Pre-Inspection Meeting report, Pre-JSM, PPs, QCPs, CSHs)
- Identifies and reports any QAQC deviation or issues impacting deliveries or quality. Coordinates the definition of the recovery actions and follow-up their implementation until their resolution.
- Contributes in the Technical evaluation of offers (related to Construction SOW)
Contributes to preparation of Construction Contractors and Inspection Agencies performance evaluations.

Requirements:
Education: Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Engineering degree.
Work experience: Software: Ms. Office.
Languages: Spanish/ English (B2) / Portuguese.
Addional information:
- Experience in civil works on site
- Able to report the compliance with standards.
- Able to provide clear precise and accurate reports indicating the compliance with requirements of the applicable construction code and/or project specifications.
