The Role As a Unified Systems Operator at Kyndryl, you'll take on a critical role of monitoring, controlling, and maintaining cutting-edge systems across our expansive infrastructure environment. You’ll be the key to providing innovative solutions to both technical and business challenges – ensuring seamless operations that push the boundaries of what's possible.
In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor to our customers, offering insights into best practices and resource utilization. You’ll be vital in maintaining our infrastructure through monitoring and validating events and or alerts, executing preventative tasks and escalating potential outages or abnormal situations, applying a proactive approach to challenges.
