SAP BTP is an integration and extension platform that enables customers and partners to connect their landscape and create application extensions that focus on their business needs. It is also the platform on which SAP itself builds its cloud applications.
In the SAP BTP Core Foundational Plane organizational unit, we are passionate about delivering everything needed to enable efficient application and extension building in the cloud. This includes world-class, independent technical services and runtimes as well as the harmonization of data models, APIs, and events and improving the developer experience in general. In Foundational Plane we set the platform up for success in the cloud.
The Technical Services unit provides the multi-cloud foundation for SAP BTP and a layer of abstraction for all applications to run on both public clouds [AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud] and private cloud. Technical Services around data management, platform services, enterprise messaging etc. forms the key portfolio of the unit
The Backing Services team is a multi-country team spread and working in 3 different development hub locations: Walldorf, Bangalore and Lisbon. We offer managed services with state-of-the-art security, high-availability, resilience, scalability and easy consumability including:
