Your responsabilities:
- Resolving user issues via calls, email, and chat in French
- Composing empathetic, tailored messages when interacting with users
- Investigating and resolving complaints; documenting circumstances, conducting investigations, and justifying resolutions
- Processing insurance policy administration or cancellation requests
- Handling escalated or urgent calls with potentially upset customers
Our expectations:
- You speak French in proficiency
- Fluent English level (C1)
- You already live in Portugal

Main duties:
- Start date: 23/10
- Working schedule - 2 Shifts : Monday -Sunday (1st shift : 8:00 - 17:00 & 2nd shift: 13:00 to 22.00) -40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays, 2 rotational days off
- Remote from districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work
Competitive salary and remuneration system:
- basic salary: 895€ gross x 12months +2 extra salaries per year
- up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus,
- 55€ gross project bonus/ month
- meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/working day (voucher)
- transport allowance: 20€ / month
