This role may also requires direct contact with the client as part of the full life-cycle of each new project.

Skills and qualifications

We are looking for a creative and dedicated Project Manager with a solid technical background, and an in-depth understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, who will fit with our collaborative culture.

This professional must be able to demonstrate experience managing software development projects and teams, and have been responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing projects from beginning to end.

This professional must be able to effectively:

• ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects;
• detail project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
• measure project performance, report and escalate to management as needed;
• manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
• create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

This professional must have skills, proficiency and experience in:

• software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices, including SCRUM/Agile frameworks and methodologies;
• software quality management standards;
• office tools including text processor, spreadsheets, presentation, charting and project management;

and is highly valued any skills in:

• tools for Project Management and/or Software Development Lifecycle Management such as JIRA Software, or similar;
• PMP or Prince2 certification would be advantageous.

Having a computing, math’s or management degree from a leading university, or equivalent experience, is considered a plus.

Work Experience

Minimum 2+ years proven track record in project management or software development team management and 5+ years overall experience in software development industry.
