Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Provisioning and administration of Windows Server systems in virtualized and baremetal infrastructure, applying security configurations to strengthen the security of the systems, including data encryption;
Troubleshooting and performance optimization, ensuring that systems are optimized for both performance and security;
Ensuring documentation and compliance with the procedures defined within the team, with an emphasis on procedures related to hardening and encrypting systems;
Creating automations to streamline the team's tasks, with a focus on data security and encryption.

Requirements:

• Experience in administering Windows Server Systems, with an emphasis on implementing measures to strengthen security;
• Migrate, adjust, re-configure, In-place upgrade and build Windows Servers ( different versions ) in alignment with server owners from one platform to another.
• Experience in Active Directory administration, particularly in GPOs, to configure security policies;
• Proficiency in managing DHCP, DNS, File Server, RDS services, with a focus on security and data encryption;
• Programming/scripting skills, particularly Powershell, to automate tasks related to encryption and security.
