The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for enrollment related tasks at the company.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls to businesses to assist supplier in activating their profile
- Encourage companies to convert to electronic payments by joining the company responding to supplier objections with approved call scripts.
- Ability to quickly adjust performance based on feedback from call shadowing, coaching, QA, and QoS reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Two years of general office experience, preferably in a technical environment
- Customer Support experience
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong listening and analytical skills
- Ability to explain product features in a business-to-business tele-sales setting
- Intermediate level of knowledge with Internet technology
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Fluent in English and French or German or Italian or Spanish
