As a Reporting Specialist, you will cooperate with operational managers to identify trends, provide business insights and use advanced analytics to transform measurements into actual improvement ideas, always focusing on high data quality and advanced reporting. As an essential part of the Global Finance Services organization, you will play a key role with the creation of highly standardized, harmonized and automated reports.
In your new role you will:

• Support the organizational development of Global Finance Services , including the participation in projects.
• Drive center-specific performance measurement , including the analysis and reporting of variances.
• Manage and support the implementation of the company?s dashboards in Tableau.
• Assist in the preparation, analysis and reporting of internal customer satisfaction surveys .
• Manage the company participation in internal and external Benchmark studies .
• Analyze and report variances , assisting the management and delivering business insights about the key activities.
• Be actively involved in the definition and modeling of KPIs for several functional areas.

You think analytically and detail oriented, having a structured, self-driven working style and accepting responsibility. You have great communication skills in an intercultural surrounding, communicating openly, clearly, and coherently and being able to interact and quickly establish a successful cooperation with all levels and functions of the organization. Moreover, you are able to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Economics , Finance, IT or equivalent field of studies.
• Experience in data analysis with background in performance reporting and respective tools , including Tableau.
• Analytical and conceptual skills combined with a hands-on approach and strong planning .
• Project experience , ideally also with managing projects ? experience in shared service center environment would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP .
• Interest in business intelligence tools and technologies that support the reporting, automation and monitoring of performance metrics ? skills in reporting tools like Tableau are a plus.
• Fluency in English .
