Your new role
Lead cross functional improvement projects focussing on the services provided by the GBS and including new system implementations and continuous process improvement;
Lead a complete project cycle including the analysis of business requirements, development of business cases, building of implementation and resource plans;
Provide support for team members in requirement definition and documentation;
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
What do you need to succeed
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
Experience in implementing change in a shared service environment in one or more of the following functional areas: Finance, HR, IT, Automation or Continuous Improvement;
Project Management qualifications (PMP, Prince 2, Scrum Master, Agile etc.);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
SAP experience is a plus.
