Interventional Systems is the emerging leader in the innovation and clinical integration of Smart Robotic Solutions for image-guided therapy and minimally invasive interventions. We are developing medical robotics technologies and associated software solutions and are seeking a Sales Project Manager to join our talented team in Portugal.
Tasks
- Develop and manage project plan, budget, process, reporting and tasks
- Facilitate, prepare and lead a regular weekly meeting for sales to ensure team collaboration and efficient updates on timelines, priorities, opportunities and any other relevant topics
- Facilitate and lead critical meetings for project kick-off, status reports and debriefing - with the sales team and/or
cross-departments
- Enable efficient information transfer activities with Product, Marketing and Operational teams
- Support the Sales team in the retrieval, analysis and transfer of client data/feedback
- Collaborate with Product development, Marketing, Operations and Sales to ensure the development and maintenance of objectives, strategy, constraints and resources allocated to all sales projects
- Analyze and interpret market and product trends, as well as performance relative to internal expectations
- Identify and manage factors that may affect timeline, priorities and resources needed
- Develop and implement best practices regarding the use of sales enablement collateral
- Identify and facilitate sales training needs
- Identify and maintain tools/workflows to shorten and/or facilitate the sales cycle
- Support the development of estimates, quotes and agreements
- Act as the point of contact across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Monitor the sales process execution and identify opportunities for workflow improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)
- Experience in the Sales field or similar role within a Sales team
- Ability to develop, own, lead and support project plans and business goals for all Sales focused initiatives
- Experience working directly with senior management, internal and external stakeholders to clearly define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources and key deliverables
- Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record with managing multiple projects
- Experience managing or using CRM tools, Project Management Tools, Office 365 or equivalent, and any productivity/collaboration tools (preferred)
- Fluent or proficient in English. German and any other language are a plus.
