Main Responsibilities

  • E2E Service/Content Management

    • Life-cycle management, with focus on the Customer, profitability and innovation

    • Define and implement the marketing mix and strategy for existing and new products

    • Measured by P&L, service adoption and customer satisfaction

  • Market knowledge

    • Analyse the market and the competition as well as collect Customer insights

  • Influencer and team player

    • Multidisciplinary teams management, foster relationship between all stakeholders and create partnerships with internal and external interfaces

Ideal Background

  • Degree or Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or similar

  • Previous experience in product management, marketing or project management

  • Good knowledge of the value chain and key players in the services and contents industry, including those made available by Vodafone and its main competitors

  • Knowledge of the architecture and processes associated to services and digital content, internet or communications will be valued

  • Proactive, critical and creative spirit

  • Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills

  • Ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure

  • Fluent in English
