Account manager / Shared Service Center / Accounting

A shared service company expanding in Porto.
Your new role
Preparation of supplier payment/receivable files;
Current account reconciliations;
Prepare balance sheets and financial analysis;
Responsible for Accounting and Reconciliation of BRAND Guarantees;
Responsible for Accounting and reconciliation of BRAND maintenance contract extension files;
Issuance of different invoicing from all departments;
Responsible for VAT map analysis (received invoices)
Document management and control;
Check the delivery notes to enter and file the accounts;
Other administrative/financial tasks.
What you´ll need to succeed:
Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field;
Proven experience as an accountant (min. 1 / 2, preferably in shared service environment;
IFRS experience;
Excellent English proficiency;
Excellent organizing abilities;
Great attention to detail;
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen;
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
