Tebubio facilitates the work of researchers in Life Sciences by offering a broad range of specialized reagents and laboratory services. Through our 9 offices we can be close to our customers and serve them in all Europe.
The position is based in central Lisbon (Entrecampos)
Ideally, for a start in September/October.
Salary range: 25/35 k?
What will you be doing?
Together with the sales manager for Spain and Portugal, you will define the business priorities and ensure a fluid customer experience by organizing and running the sales administration (2 people) and interacting with the account managers (3 people).
You will be responsible for the management of the office team and the sales administration from tenders to debt collection using a modern ERP (Finances & Operations) and the full Microsoft suite including CRM and BI. Purchase and logistics are carried out at the headquarters.
Your profile
Rest assured, you don't need to be a scientist to serve science! To succeed in this position, your organizational and management skills will be a real asset. A relevant experience at a similar position as well as fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English are requested.
