Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

  • Follow-up on the implementation of measures with regard to risk analyses;
  • Tracking of the implementation of CMS measures in post merger integration processes;
  • Preparation and appointment coordination of Compliance Fitness Exchanges with managers in our international locations;
  • Supporting the local processes of compliance screening;
  • Preparation of/participation in workshops addressing potential compliances risks (Compliance Dialogs);
  • Training Expert for the conduct of corporate compliance trainings locally and in other Bosch locations;
  • Support of managers for the assignment of target groups for compliance trainings;
  • Preparation of regular status reporting (e.g. Compliance Trainings) to the board of management of the division and the local legal entity;
  • Maintenance of the Bosch intranet pages dedicated to Compliance;
  • Preparation of newsletters or mailings regarding compliance topics;
  • Supporting the handling of Compliance Reports in close cooperation with the Compliance Officer;
  • Documentation of investigation results.

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • Attending Law / Business Degree or similar areas;
  • Preferably legal background;
  • Enthusiasm for the implementation and improvement of a value-based CMS;
  • Organizational aptitude;
  • Business-fluent English;
  • Communication and marketing skills, affinity for digital collaboration;
  • Autonomous working habit.
