Job Description
Part of Sage X3 Product Delivery, the L3 team assists Sage Customer Services teams worldwide in supporting their Sage X3 Partners and Customers during the usage of the solution. Level 3 support team is the main link between Product Delivery and the Support teams in the regions. The team manages the maintenance activity with R&D and mentors the Sage X3 Support consultants in the regions. 


This expert consultant role is focused on Sage X3 Financials, AP/AR and Fixed Assets. Knowledge on other areas of the product would be appreciated.

Key Responsibilities
Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 


  • Provide expertise to our Sage X3 Customer services teams worldwide to help analyse and resolve level 3 issues, in collaboration with R&D focusing on Financials, AP/AR, Accounting and Fixed Assets

  • Build and transmit high-end product business expertise and support methodology. Act as reference for all support teams worldwide.

  • Contribute to or pilot internal projects around support tools, Web tools, knowledge management and product expertise

  • Manage red flag customer situations in collaboration with other functions (R&D, Professional Services teams, Product Management?)

  • Collaborate pro-actively with R&D and Product Management to include preventive actions in the roadmap and influence maintenance prioritization by conveying Voice of the Customer

  • Coach the Support teams in the countries through mentoring and collaborative work on customer situations.

  • Skills, know-how and experience:
    Must have:
  • Fluency in English language, verbal and written

  • Degree or experience in the Accounting management field combined with experience in ERP software or management software

  • or:
    Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent with business or ERP experience in Financial management.
  • Experience with Sage X3

  • Problem solving and logical skills

  • Ability to work in a team is essential

  • Flexible, agile and innovative

  • Autonomy is a must

  • Preferred:
