Shared Service Center | Continuous Improvement | Digital Transformation
We are currently recruiting for a Shared Service Center, which is currently expanding its team. This position will be part of the Continuous Improvement team, aiming to improve the financial processes of the group.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the review / diagnosis of "End to End" processes, with a view to their optimization, automation and suitability to best practices;
- Explore, evaluate and deliver solutions to teams, ensuring the satisfaction of expectations and the materialisation of efficiency gains;
- Manage work teams in digital projects and continuous improvement of Shared Services;
- Provide support documentation for implemented solutions;
- Produce monthly reports on ongoing initiatives and implemented initiatives;
- Act as point of contact with the IT department to monitor application support and evolution of joint initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and 2 years in similar functions;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT Systems or similar;
- Experience in project management - preferable;
- Knowledge of process optimization methodologies;
- Good knowledge of English - spoken and written;
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
