 <p>The <b>New Business Analysis Department</b> of <b>EDP Comercial,</b> a leader in energy and energy efficiency services is looking for a <b>Project Manager - M&amp;A and Innorganic growth EDP Comercial</b>.</p>
 <br/><p><br/><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p>
 <br/><p/> 
 <p>Manage within team leading international expansion for Client Solutions Platform of EDP a set of strategic projects and initiatives with non-exhaustive list of key responsibilities:</p>
 <br/><p/> 
 <ul>
  <li>Prepare and support presentations to the Board of Directors of EDP Client Solutions Platfotm in its decision-making concerning inorganic expansion projects;</li> 
  <li>Develop internal financial and strategic analysis required for assessment of each opportunity contribution for EDP CSP growth plan (key to have solid valuation skills);</li> 
  <li>Coordinate both internal and external management workstreams either from pursuing inorganic opportunities or ensuring several workstreams execution in the context of transversal projects for different geographies;</li> 
  <li>Support EDP Client Solutions HQ and local teams on predefined post closing activities as well as ensure alignment with all stakeholders inside or outside EDP Group;</li> 
  <li>Supervision and team leading skills, ensuring the development and empowerment of the more junior team members.</li>

 <p><b>Looking for people with the following requirements:</b></p>
 <br/><p/> 
 <ul>
  <li>Degree or master?s Economy, Finance or Management;</li> 
  <li>Professional Experience<b>: </b>minimum 4-5 years of experience on this area of business;</li> 
  <li>Required background on Corporate Finance or M&amp;A/PE with solid financial, valuation and strategic analysis skills;</li> 
  <li>Good domain of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Word, Power Point;</li> 
  <li>Analytical capacity, critical sense, organizational skills, autonomy, collaboration and networking are privileged skills.</li>
