Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

You will be integrated on Bosch automotive area, supporting the end customers on the car repair, on diagnostic tools and software. This support is done by processing the technical inquires and diagnosis by phone, email or remote session.

Main tasks:

  • Ensuring technical support for Bosch workshops in target language
  • Identifying defects for service technicians;
  • Interpreting measured values, real values compared with nominal values;
  • Offering after sales support for the specific diagnostic software;
  • Identifying and providing the necessary technical documentation to the car workshops;
  • Recording of handled cases;
  • Ensuring real time remote assistance during passenger car repairs, and also for trucks, alongside car workshop?s diagnostic technician, guiding him to identify the fault and perform the repair in a professional manner;
  • Providing the required technical documentation (wiring diagrams, location of components, install/remove instructions, tightning torques etc.);
  • Using and helping create a comprehensive data base of known faults and repair tips;
  • Processing of technical inquiries about the software and FAQ;
  • Advising on the initial installation of the Diagnostics Software;
  • Advising on software updates, system errors, conflicts with other programs;
  • Answering simple questions about diagnostic hardware;
  • Performing remote diagnosis over Team-viewer.


Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • Advanced level of French (Mandatory)
  • Experience in automotive market and/or IT skills above average (mandatory)
  • Customer-orientation with good communication skills
  • Team-player, proactive and with initiative
  • Diverse knowledge on mechatronic field
