As a Digital & Innovation Analyst, you will be part of our team and a key partner for the business by systematically adapt and customize technology-leading-edge solutions that add value to existing processes. Besides this, you will proactively monitor market trends as well as technological enhancements to be implemented at Infineon, while having the opportunity to be part of and manage agile projects.
In your new role you will:

• Collaborate in global projects for prototype development, support roll-outs, and testing together with the IT department and Finance department;
• Support the integration of new software solutions into the existing system landscape and maintain an interface to adjacent processes;
• Contribute for the Research and Analysis by providing market research for new solutions in the finance space, connecting with service providers, and participating in webinars, think-tanks, and similar events;
• Describe problems/solutions and value add of potential solutions;
• Provide training for the end users within the organization and handover to operations;
• Assess solution scalability requirements and value creation based on prototype results;
• Collaborate in the elaboration of feasibility studies for new methods and technologies ;
• Contribute to Digital & Innovation Hub optimization , tracking , maintenance, and continuous review of the existing portfolio .

You have a self-driven working style and are willing to take responsibility, being able to work independently and structure your own work. You are always looking for new ways of improvement and are curious to know more about every topic. Furthermore, you are a very communicative person and a true team player who know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration , Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field of studies;
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment;
• Experience in working or managing projects with intercultural teamwork on a global project scale;
• Global Business Services (GBS) or Business Consultancy experience is an advantage;
• Good understanding of SAP ERP , S/4 HANA would be a plus;
• First experience or knowledge with technologies such as robotic process automation, process mining , machine learning , artificial intelligence, or other digital enablers is a plus;
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
