Group Online Service Expert

In Euroconsumers She/He will be part of the Online Channel & Customer Experience group Team and will participate to the definition and implementation of the Euroconsumers digital channel strategy.
Two are the main goals of the Team:
- Increase qualitative traffic to feed the customer engagement and Online acquisition
- Develop and improve Online Services to stimulate service usage and loyalty
The Team is composed by multinational professionals and will support the digital channels and the needs of 5 markets (Spain, Belgium, Italy, Portugal and Brazil) providing scale economies solutions and promoting best practice sharing.
She/he will play a key role as interlocutor of different functions at local level (Online Teams) and group level (Mktg, Business Product lines, Technical teams)
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze online KPIs to detect improvement areas optimizing the navigation flow, increasing usability, testing more effective communication (labels, call to actions)
- Interact with interlocutors from all the markets to understand their needs and collect new inputs.
- Participate to the web site content architecture: How to organize in a clear way contents & services belonging to different Product Lines and different Offer packages
- Increase the experience of our online tools (ex. Comparators) introducing experience simplification
- Support the design/evolution of services: competitors benchmarking, proof of concept, testing in one market before exporting to all countries
- Implement engagement techniques to stimulate log-in and registration
- Deliver the business need to the technical departments monitoring the deployment planning
Experiences and competences:
- More than 5 years experience in digital products and service design (not only web site bus also native and web applications)
- Study background in the following areas: Communication science or Web Marketing
- Capacity to work in multidisciplinary teams with different stakeholders
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knowledge of CMS tools (Sitecore preferred)
- Capacity communicate strategic vision, to influence stakeholders it in the daily decision
- Excellent English (written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is welcome (Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese)

Soft Skills are important as the hard ones: we are looking for a curious person, passionate, with problem solving attitudes. Proactivity and collaborative approach are also very important. Finding problems is easy, we are looking for people with the spirit and capacity to fix them.
