POSITION OVERVIEW

The FP&A Analyst reports to FP&A Team Leader and will assist on driving the GBU?s global reporting and data quality supporting the development and implementation of reporting/analysis and forecast, freights and rebates global process. The goal is to provide high quality support to the Top Management, GBU?s FP&A and Commercial Business partners. The job holder will also assist the volume, revenue and margin planning and outlook processes for the global.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Global FP&A (Commercial processes):

• Support the transition and focus on alignment of customer rebates/ buying groups, freights and update BI tables
• Assist in monthly accruals and other closing activities
• Support the agents? commissions calculations
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to reduce inefficiency and process cycle times;
• Work with Finance Business Partners to get the right business insights over customer rebates
• Works alongside GBU?s FP&A to improve the level of analysis and data quality
• Support RPA team implementing automated Credit Memos issuance and accrual booking and support/ work with RTR team

Reporting & Analysis:

• Work with BI team, MDM, Business Assistants to ensure BI data accuracy and updates.
• Data validation of BI sales and CM and regular Global performance reports preparation.
• Support the enterprise financial analysis (rebates impact/ rebates vs margins).
• Support the monthly performance overviews, variance analysis and signals key messages from the data communicating trends, risks, opportunities to the GBU'
• Deal with all ad-hoc BI reporting requests from Corporate, ensuring a timely response from the team
• Provide suggestions on improvement and development of Business reports (e.g., ?Commercial Reports?), working alongside with other teams
• Supports the implementation of process improvements to reduce Finance Business process cycle times, improve financial quality and enhance information provided to leadership

• Apply business judgment and financial insights to assist Top Management, Corporate FP&A and FP&A GBU?s. Challenging the GBU?s looking for the global picture.
• Works alongside with Proprietary Systems/BI team in order to improve the level of analysis and data quality

Key Internal Customers

• Top Management and Corporate FP&A ensuring alignment in terms of reporting in commercial area and timely submission into Global BI.
• Commercial Business partners with extensive information requests and generation of major reports such as regular actual reports
• GBU?S FP&A ensuring alignment in terms of reporting in commercial area
