Mandated by one of our clients, an international firm based in LISBON, we are seeking for an SAP FI SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
CONTEXT & RESPONSABILITIES
Be an IT ?Subject Matter?/referent on the SAP FI solution and interfaces.
Participate as subject Matter Expert in the next 3 years (2022-25) project of SAP S/4 implementation part of Global Finance Transformation Program
Business analysis with Finance Business Teams along with system/processes requirements and document functional specifications
As expert business analyst his day-to day tasks are:
- He/She analyses business needs along with functional /system requirements (if needed) and document functional specifications (bugs and change requests)
- Supports & monitors the portfolio of incidents in progress
- Aid the creation of solution roadmaps for products/programs
- industrializes the management of incidents by applying a systematic approach to
treatment.
- SAP key user relationship management
- Contributes to SAP IT governance
- Support and supervise execution by the SAP competence center that is currently outsourced.
- Supervise customizing and development,
- Supervise unit testing and non-regression testing, with the competence center.
- Supervise UAT in collaboration with business (finance).
- Monitors the investigations (customizing, ABAP, administration) carried out to resolve
incidents and checks their quality.
- Monitors the adequacy of the performance level obtained in relation to the performance
level defined in the SLAs.
- Follows and coordinate the actors of the resolution of incidents and requests.
- Identifies, records, documents, and classifies all critical incidents encountered.
- Communicates to requestor on incident resolution progress
- Manages recurring incidents turning into problems
- Challenge the Competence Center customizing proposals
- Continuously updates or makes sure documentation is updated
Application support & Maintenance management (Hosting, Administration, Run & Change Request) with vendor support
Manage integration with other domain (Tagetik Consolidation & Controlling, Ivalua Procurement, Bank communication Transfer, Neofi Cash Pooling, CFT, Clear Intra-Interco)
Change Request/Project Management
- Manage change request and ?small? project
- Act as a subject matter expert within project (New ledger, S/4?)
- Leading SAP ongoing projects
- Works closely with business on functional specification
PROFILE :
Bac + 4/5 Commercial/Engineering degree with Finance specialty
Both IT & Finance Functional experience, Similar experience (support, FI/CO/BW) 5 years
- SAP FI processes and customizing
- Functional finance and controlling knowledge is a must
- SAP BW is a plus
- SAP Administration is a plus
- Support experience/strong taste for support is a must
- International FI experience project is a must
- Previous SAP S/4 experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Insurance business is a +
- Consulting experience is a +
