POSITION SUMMARY:


The overall responsibility for this role will be to provide support for all HR activities and procedures. Reports to: Administrative & Finance Director.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and implement a strategic human resources policy for the company
  • Recruitment, selection, reception, and integration
  • Develop and monitor the training plan
  • Develop the process for evaluating the performance, retention, development, and satisfaction of employees
  • Monitor and validate salary processing.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and legal obligations
  • General assistance in matters related to Human Resources

INTERACTIONS & INTERFACES:


  • Internally will interact with all the departments.
  • Externally will interact with the accounting office and other entities
  • Reports to Administrative & Finance Director.

SKILLS & COMPETENCES:


  • Master?s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Sociology
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Experience in strategic organizational development of human resources.
  • knowledge of labor law
  • Previous work experience in a similar role
