Top Tier Impact (TTI) is the global members-only ecosystem of investors, entrepreneurs and experts focused on solving the critical issues of our time. With more than 600 members across 45 countries, ?TTIers? oversee some of the leading impact funds and run some of the most impactful companies.

We focus on providing members with connections, knowledge and concrete opportunities to fight climate change and inequality. We host dinners across our global locations and at key conferences, investor roundtables, online meetups and private annual events such as TTI private events in Davos during the World Economic Forum. Through our ambassadors in more than 25 cities, we also connect traveling members with local communities of impact investors and sustainability leaders.

Besides our global network, TTI also runs an impact investment & advisory unit and strategy business delivering climate risk scenario planning to public businesses with physical supply chains.

We are hiring an entrepreneurial product owner for our network. You will be responsible for growing it and for maintaining high satisfaction rates among our members.

What you will be working on

• Tracking applications funnel and incoming applicants

• Tracking invoices and liaising with finance lead

• Tracking budgets related to network activities

• Managing several email inboxes

• Being first point of contact for network customer support

• Managing website updates on square space

• Managing network programming: selecting speakers, organizing sessions, making sure moderators are selected, calendar invites and attendee lists.

• Coordinating content and local events with 26 global ambassadors

Your responsibilities and KPIs to measure success include

• New members conversion

• Weekly events & content delivery

• Existing members satisfaction

• Members retention rate

What we are looking for

• You anticipate needs and are super organized

• You have 1-3 years of operational experience in a fast growing startup or relevant experience

• You enjoy working remotely and operate well independently
