The opportunity

• EY is looking for someone with experience in SAP C4C to join our team. The job description is:
• Driving continuous improvement of the technical solutions we deliver and supporting processes to ensure a first class and efficient service for our customers;
• Using your technical and solution knowledge to offer advice and support, and communicate effectively with customers, offshore resources and senior management.
• Providing support across all aspects of consulting engagements in their domain;
• Working independently on project quality assurance roles;
• Using their technical and solution knowledge to offer advice and support;
• Taking and providing thought leadership on client business, technology and people/change needs;
• Working closely with clients to deliver end-to-end solutions;
• Contributing to business development by assisting with strategy development and managing client relationships.

Your key responsibilities

• Working within the SAP C4C team your role will include:
• Implementation of packaged SAP solutions, specifically SAP CRM, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP FSM, including: sales processes and pricing, customer and material/product master data and service processes;
• Integration of CRM packages such as SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Marketing Cloud to SAP ECC;
• Leading projects, in particular running workshops, requirements gathering / solution design / testing and cutover activities;
• Providing SAP support to clients on an adhoc basis;
• Working closely with clients to deliver end-to-end solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Academic education in areas related to Innovation Technologies;
• Experience of working on an international level;
• Team lead experience;
• Solid hands-on implementation experience of packaged SAP solutions, specifically SAP CRM, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP FSM, including: sales processes and pricing; customer and material/product master data; service processes;
• Relevant implementation experience of integrating CRM packages such as SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Marketing Cloud to SAP ECC;
• Extensive experience in leading projects, in particular running workshops, requirements gathering / solution design / testing and cutover activities.

Ideally, you?ll also have

• Experience in SAP S/4 Hana;
• Aptitude for at least basic programming and/or review;
• Identifies new business opportunities through to AW management.
