Your new company:
Portuguese multinational with presence in several European countries is creating its Shared Services Center
Your new role:
Supplier management;
Month end close and reconciliations;
Perform general accounting;
P2P Manage Requests and Enquiries;
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Invoice Processing;
Support internal audits and manage external audits;
Payments ? manage standard, foreign currency, exception and non-received payments processing;
What you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor?s degree in accounting or Finance, Business Administration or in a related field;
Certified Public Accountants is a plus;
Has at least 2 years of work experience in a Finance and Accounting role, prior experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage
Ability to multitask, results oriented, able to work under pressure, have superior analytical skills, and an excellent problem solver.
With strong analytical and communication (written and spoken) skills and is eager to work in a team oriented multi-cultural environment
Fluent in English;
Additional Proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, French or German will be an advantage;
SAP Experience
