As an Order Management for Reverse Engineering, you will be responsible for procuring competitor parts, managing the items database and the billing workflow.
In your new role you will:

• Procure competitor samples, systems and external services for reverse engineering and benchmarking projects.
• Communicate with special vendors and solve issues in the procurement process.
• Support the Order Management Application (OMA) software debugging by giving feedback on issues and suggesting improvements.
• Be responsible for monitoring the billing process of procured parts .
• Be responsible for the classification of parts , regarding export control regulations.
• Support the management of Internal Communication platforms .
• Be in charge of Reverse Engineering Cross-Charging billing process.
• Be the mentor for working students and new team members .

You are a great communicator who is able to establish successful cooperation with people across all functions and levels of the organization. You have a structured and self-driven working style accompanied by a strong willingness to learn. Furthermore, you have a problem-solving mindset that supports your ability to generate value with innovative ideas and solutions.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations or equivalent field of studies.
• At least 5 years of experience , preferably in an international and multicultural environment.
• Solid communication and analytical skills and interest in technical topics.
• People management skills would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English and German .
