The team you'll be part of

GBS Source to Pay Payable is a diverse team at the frontline, delivering finance and business services, investor relations, and more across the world. Are you passionate about dealing with payments and belonging administrative tasks and build good relationship between our internal and external business parties? Then, you may be the right fit!


What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Work under umbrella of friendly, open mindset team as a team player as well as individual contributor referring to your own responsibilities.
  • Deal proactively with Latin Americas centralized AP related tasks and working together with Local Region Accounting team closely.
  • Handle critical tasks included WHT , Factoring , Top urgent vendors.
  • Analyze and follow-up incoming and outgoing emails between you and external/internal business parties.
  • Use your good problem solving and communication skills to participate in various quality improvement projects around the organization and solve incoming situations from stakeholders.
  • Support the team and your line manager with your suggestions, ideas which can be taken into further consideration.

Your skills and experience

You are expected to have:

  • Experience of Accounts Payable / or Accounts Receivable / or Treasury ? payment area.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to work under pressure.
  • Proactive mindset, able to work individually.
  • Knowledge of SAP finance ERP and advance MS office package (like excel, outlook)
  • Business language of English, Portugal or Spanish
